- Plan and Report Development and Submission to required agencies
- Local Planning Boards, Health Departments, NYCDEP, NYSDEC, NYSDOT, County Public Works, and US Army Corps of Engineers
- Provide Planning Board Presentations and Special Meetings with necessary agencies
- Construction Services
- Provide pre-construction meetings as required
